After the initial 24-hour waiting period new members must come to the club in Brighton to register within 6 months of purchasing membership. If you do not attend the club to register within 6 months your order will be cancelled. Any payment made will not be refunded if you do not attend within 6 months.

  • WE REQUIRE A VALID PHOTO ID AND A UTILITY BILL DATED WITHIN THE LAST 3 MONTHS TO COMPLETE YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
  • EMAIL INFO@BRIGHTONCANNABISCLUB.CO.UK ONCE PAYMENT OR ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
  • YOU MUST WAIT 24 HOURS BEFORE ATTENDING THE CLUB AFTER PURCHASING YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
  • MEMBERS ONLY! NO GUESTS! NONE MEMBERS WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL OF YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH YOU YOU WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY!

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a Brighton Cannabis Club membership, you agree to follow all club rules, terms, and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and responsible environment for all members.

Membership Policy

  • All memberships are subject to an initial probationary period, reviewed monthly.
  • Membership may be restricted or revoked if rules are not followed.
  • Staff reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.

Health, Safety & Responsibility

  • Use of club facilities is at your own risk.
  • Brighton Cannabis Club is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury.
  • If you experience any negative effects, please contact staff for support.
  • We provide access to external support services if needed.

 

Cannabis Use & Awareness

  • Do not distribute your medication to others.
  • Keep all cannabis products out of reach of children and pets.
  • Store cannabis responsibly and out of sight when leaving the premises.
  • Do not drive or operate machinery while under the influence.

Club Environment & Community Standards

  • Brighton Cannabis Club promotes a safe and inclusive cannabis community in the UK.
  • We focus on harm reduction and responsible cannabis awareness.
  • Zero tolerance for:
    • Discrimination
    • Abuse or harassment
    • Anti-social behaviour

Any violation will result in a permanent ban.

Club Rules & Restrictions

  • No drugs, alcohol, or outside drinks allowed.
  • No member-to-member sales or soliciting.
  • No cigarette smoking (alternative options are provided).
  • No personal speakers (use headphones for private listening).

Payments & Entry

  • Membership will be paid online.
  • No cash payments since only members of the club have access to enter the clubhouse.
    Once You are registered then You are free to enter with use of their membership cards.
  • No refunds or exchanges – please check your order before leaving.

Membership Price

MEMBERSHIP IS CURRENTLY PRICED AT £120 FOR 12 MONTHS. THAT’S JUST £10 PER MONTH OR £2.50 PER WEEK FOR ACCESS TO OUR HARM REDUCTION CENTRE. A SAFE ZONE FOR CANNABIS USERS SET UP AND RECOGNISED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES.

WE OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR THOSE WHO ARE RETIRED AND OVER 65 YEARS, SERVICES OR EX SERVICES, NHS, FIRE BRIGADE AND DISABILITY BENEFITS (PROOF REQUIRED-PLEASE EMAIL info@brightoncanabisclub.co.uk)
